This weeks outline and what to expect!
Monday:
I can use the properties of real Numbers to determine the solution of a linear equation.
- We will discuss properties we use to solve equations.
- We will take notes and we completed a graphic organizer to define linear equations.
Tuesday:
I can simplify a linear equation by using the distributive property and/or combining like terms.
- We will add distributive property to our notes of properties.
- Practice solving equations using all of our properties and combining like terms.
- Independent practice and homework will be assigned.
Wednesday:
I can give examples of linear equations with one solution, infinitely many solutions, or no solution.
- We will discuss and take notes on the possibilities of solving an equation with one solution, infinitely many solutions, or no solution.
- Independent practice and homework will be assigned.

Thursday:
Review of all I can statements and skills discussed this week.
We will review for our quiz on Friday.
Friday:
Quiz on Solving linear equations with one variable.
